One of the travel agents most important tools is the tour brochure. Today we are going to look at the benefits of travelling by coach for your clients and how to provide accurate costings both internationally and for travel within New Zealand. Your familiarisation with your product will help you sell more confidently. Next week, we will be setting off on our own New Zealand coach tour and we will be able to relate our experiences to our future clients. Hopefully we will survive the early morning starts!!!!!
